Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
We at Kidzy King work very hard to curate only the very best products for you. We are happy to accept an exchange/return only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. We can either refund as store credit in case you want to utilize it at a later point or refund to source.

How do I return/exchange a product in case of manufacturing defect or defective product?
Initiating a request:

Write to us at care@kidzyking.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with photos and the reason for return/exchange. If it is later than this, write to us and let's work together to see what we can do.
We will approve the return/exchange request if it is a returnable/exchangeable product. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to Kidzy King. We will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order. This will involve minimal hassle to you, we promise.
